Hi!  My name is Ashley Lambert, but the kids call me "Miss Buffy".  This is my sixth year at ASFM and I'm proud to be part of such a wonderful school community!  I grew up in Mobile, Alabama and attended the University of Mississippi.  I taught reading in a Title 1 program in Nashville, Tennessee then moved to Dallas, Texas where I taught first grade for three years.

Each member of our Resource Team is dedicated to providing academic support for students as well as information and guidance for parents.  We work with our students closely and develop an indivualized plan to meet each of their academic needs.

It is a pleasure to work with such a friendly and polite group of students.  I enjoy working with small groups of students and learning about their personalities and  learning styles.  I also like getting into the classroom to meet all the second graders.  I am lucky to be working with such a great group of students here at ASFM!

Don't forget to check out the Parent Toolbox for lots of tips and helpful information about your child's learning.

"Success is the sum of small efforts--repeated day in and day out."
