Task
The government of Mexico has hired you and your team of experts to help them make a decision regarding the rain forest.

The government will send all of you to Chiapas for 2 weeks to study the rain forest in the Montes Azules Biosphere Reserve.

You will use your expertise to answer the following questions:

Should outsiders be allowed to use the rain forest? Who, how and why?
Should the rain forest be completely protected? How and why?

When you return from your trip, you will meet with the Mexican government. You will use your answers to the questions above to debate one side of this issue before Congress.

The members of Congress will listen to your position and read the report you prepared. They will also listen to the position of your opponent. After studying both sides of the issue, the Mexican government will decide what to do about the rain forest.

You have an important mission. You have been chosen because of your skills and knowledge. Good luck!
