Hello! My name is Alisa Rhoads and I am the 3rd Grade Resource teacher. I am very excited to be working at ASFM. This is my fifteenth year working in eductaion. Prior to ASFM, I taught 5th and 6th grades in Arizona. I then received my Master's degree at The University of Arizona in Bilingual/Multicultural Education and English as a Second Language. After my degree was finished, my husband and I moved to Brazil to work at the American School of Brasilia. In Brazil I taught Resource and ESL. I look forward to an exciting year in the third grade!
